Revenue Assurance Manager

Client - A popular food delivery and restaurant discovery platform that connects users with local eateries and food options.(Not for Metamorph) Location - Gurugram Experience - 4-8 years Notice - Max 60 days Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant with strong academic records and 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience as an individual contributor in revenue assurance.

• Large volume marketplace (B2C models) / Fin-tech.

• Evaluate system controls, including system testing, re-computation of commissions, and invoicing.
• Identify, recoup, and prevent revenue leakages through contract scrutiny, data review, and process analysis.
• Detect financial system discrepancies by testing calculations and reviewing merchant/rider payouts and tax deductions.
• Regularly review and monitor data for anomalies.
• Liaise with the tech team to resolve system bugs and computation errors.
• Demonstrate strong business understanding, accounting implications, and risk identification with appropriate controls.
• Understand systems and design financial/accounting reports for business transactions.
• Identify merchant/rider frauds through data analysis and report to GRC/fraud teams.
• Support the accounting team in identifying reconciliation gaps and addressing accounting impacts.
