FINANCE MANAGER

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise and monitor GL, AP & AR team to make sure accounts, payables and receivables are kept and paid up to date.
• Ensuring group financial reporting are in order, comply with accounting standard and to meet respective statutory filing and internal consolidation account deadline and bank review purposes. 
• Assist Financial Controller in timely completing the periodic reporting within the agreed KPI.
• To support on Group financial budgeting and analysis.
• Review and implement appropriate internal control procedures and risk management.
• Work closely with Finance and Operation on SOPP implementations and improvements.
• Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agents, bankers, lawyers and government authorities on related topics.
• Ad-hoc assignments and projects assigned by the Management from time to time. 

• Possessed Bachelor's of Degree in Finance or Accounting, or professional course (part or freshly qualified).
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting or related field. 
• Able to handle full set of Accounts.
• Having experience and knowledge in managing Group consolidation account and Financial performance report.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia Income Tax, company act and have experience in retail industry would be an added advantage. 
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
