Lead and oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery.

Manage and motivate a diverse team of staff members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, food, and beverage costs, to maximize profitability.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure adequate stock levels.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service, addressing any guest concerns promptly and effectively.

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal availability.

Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and excellence across all outlets.

Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and maintenance standards are met.

Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.

Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, monitor pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, business development initiatives, and expansion projects.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and employee development. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED10,000 - AED12,000.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
