Responsibilities:Prepares documentation for the needs of the production manager.Checks and determines the quality of glass produced according to the specifications through established methods in specified activities.Participates in the setting and adjustment of the production process line.Involved in the creation of regulations to control production quality.Responsible for training the team leader and control room operator in quality control activities.Implements and monitors the quality of execution of all control activities listed below:Prepare samples, cutting them to the required dimensions.Measure optical parameters of glass using suitable methods and available instruments.Perform measurements and qualitative evaluation of the thickness and type of layers.Carry out mechanical tests and chemical tests as defined for specific types of coating.Ensure all tests are carried out within due dates and periods.Work closely with the team leader and process engineer in setting up production.Actively involved in setting up and running additional technologies to streamline the manufacturing process.Implement and ensure the identification of defects in the glass and contribute to their elimination.Fully responsible for holding products that do not meet the set quality standards.Enter values and characteristics of the product into the PC.Ensure effective utilization of resources, including information systems.Other activities include quality control supervision:Adherence to work procedures, rules, regulations, and metrological rules.Adherence to work safety.Knowledge of effective communication.Languages:Arabic - Native / Mother TongueEnglish - Very GoodOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseYesJob Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.10 years of experience in Coating Glass.Authorization for activities that must be carried out without the relevant certificate of eligibility (including placing time limits established for examination).Continuous improvement of knowledge related to production and introducing new technologies.Forklift driver certification.Crane and binding authority certification.Operation of gas and pressure tanks.About The Company:
