Works in the information technology department and is responsible for keeping Customer Infrastructure project services running reliably.Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Infrastructure.Manage, Install, and upgrade Infrastructure components.Lead major configuration changes & act as an escalation point for technical incidents.Implement and enforce security policiesRespond to support tickets. & Meet SLAs like response and resolution times.Initiate any actions necessary to improve or maintain levels of service.Establish practices for monitoring the Infrastructure, along with performance metrics and service levels that meet the business's needs.Works with vendors to assist with support activities.Perform Infrastructure assessment periodically.Report and coordinate any product-related issues with respective product vendors and track them till closure.
