The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of work experience in a similar role and will be responsible for providing healthcare services to our employees.Responsibilities:Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employeesConduct health assessments and screeningsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMaintain accurate medical recordsEducate employees on health and wellness topicsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure employee well-beingImplement and maintain health and safety protocolsParticipate in health promotion and disease prevention programsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant fieldValid nursing licenseProven work experience as an Industrial NurseExcellent knowledge of occupational health and safety practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organizational and time management skillsCPR and first aid certification
