Sales Development Representative at Nqoodlet Job Overview:Join NQOODLET as a Sales Development Representative, focusing on identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and driving growth. This role is ideal for entry-level or fresh graduates passionate about fintech and engaging with potential customers. Key Responsibilities:Identify and research potential customers who would benefit from our financial tech solutions.Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events.Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and purchasing authority.Initiate contact with prospects through personalized and targeted communication.Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and present our solutions.Maintain a pipeline of potential customers and follow up regularly to move them through the sales funnel.Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.Coordinate with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and initiatives.Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to help improve our offerings. Reporting and Analysis:Track and record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation and sales activities.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications:Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Fluent in English and Arabic.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiastic about fintech and sales.Proactive and self-motivated.Basic understanding of CRM software and sales processes is a plus.Gain hands-on experience in sales and lead generation within a dynamic and growing company.Work closely with experienced professionals and receive mentorship.Opportunity for growth and potential full-time opportunities.
