Responsibilities:- Building strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact- Setting digital strategies for the assigned clients, considering their specific requirements- Communicating regularly with the sales team about opportunities for current or new clients- Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with the results- Working on allocate the budget across the internal teams- Compiling reports as required- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.Requirements and Skills- Proven work experience as a Digital account manager 3-5 years of experience- Saudi Nationality is preferred- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field- Strong analytical skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Fluency in English- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
