JASARA PMC is a leading project management consultancy firm and we are currently hiring for the position of Senior Design Manager. As a Senior Design Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of various projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are delivered within budget and on time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to designers and engineers throughout the design process. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organization and contribute to the success of our projects. Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field Proven experience in design management, preferably in the construction industry Strong leadership and management skills Excellent technical knowledge of design principles and practices Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
