Attend on-time technical update to the problems to facilitate operations and maintenance team to troubleshoot problems on existing AMC sites. Ensure system support and warranty support / maintenance as per Regulatory requirements and client's policy. Attend customer complaints, reverting on client requirements & work closely with the supervisor. Daily reporting on time at site and updating supervisor with focus on activities and improvements needed Prepare installation check list and other documentations as per the site requirements. Understand from supervisor about pre-commissioning / cable loop testing / device functional testing and support commissioning team Preparation of as built details and submitting to Client's approval HSE process and policy adherence Ensuring the MS teams and Site relative Proper Records both onsite and offsite Commercial activities Materials loading and unloading and maintaining site store Delivering items at client site and DR signed Project installation plan Sending purchase requisition. Skills to be demonstrated (general & Technical) Ability to work alone as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to handle problems through to completion. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) Excellent problem solver and ability to understand impacts of actions. Emergency Handling - The ability to handle emergency situations in best possible manner and should be able to find out the ways to avoid operational hindrance during system failure. Execution - The ability to work at all levels to deliver on commitments. PRB
