This role requires experience in technical marketing of software or hardware products, web content management and social media management. Must be an expert in managing Linked-In, Twitter, Reddit etc. AI experience will be preferred.Qubrid AI is a leading the AI market with it's cloud and edge AI platform and developer tools. We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to fill the role of Technical Marketing and Social Media Manager at our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating engaging content across our website and various social media platforms including Linked-in, Twitter, Reddit, GitHub and Discord. They will have a keen understanding of our brand voice and be able to communicate effectively with our audience in the comments section. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will be tasked with reputation management, ensuring that our online presence reflects positively on our company.Work from Home! Compensation based on experience after graduation: 1 Year Experience - 2.5-3 LPA; 2 Years Experience - 3-4 LPA; 3+ Years experience - 4-5 LPA. Plus Annual Bonus. Please do not apply if compensation is not acceptable.You'll work with our founders and US members plus off-shore cloud and AI team.We are looking for immediate joiners.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a technical marketing and social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement of the developer community and potential enteprise customers.Create engaging content for posting on all social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia content.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media channels.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, monitor sales generated through social media marketing (SMM), and identify areas for improvement.Develop sales funnels to create and optimize social media shops.Recognize and appreciate active community members, fostering loyalty and encouraging continued participation.Proactively identify and mitigate any potential reputation issues or crises on social media.Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify our brand reach on social media.Qualifications:Must have general understanding of technology Must have very strong proficiency in English language ; journalism background is a plusProven experience of 3+ years as technical marketing manager, social media manager or community manager, preferably in software companiesStrong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with users in a positive and professional manner.Proficiency in managing and engaging communities across various platforms, including Linked-in, Twitter, Reddit, GitHub and Discord.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
