You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our applications' front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust functionality. You have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. You love to own projects end-to-end with a bias towards solving problems and shipping impactful features into production that are well tested (unit & end-to-end). You'll report to the co-founder/CTO and closely collaborate with other team members.ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and servicesDrive Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology (POT) evaluationsLead engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications using a variety of languages and tools/technology stacks.Own and implement the backend architecture (API and data layers)Collaborate with others to define, design, and ship new featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersTroubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliabilityCommunicate and present solutions to stakeholdersStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practicesQualificationsAn Engineering Degree (BS/B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MS) in any stream - Computer Science preferred.6+ years of professional experience in software development, excluding internshipsA strong understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms and Problem SolvingStrong knowledge of SDLC best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, CI/CD, testing, and operationsGood debugging and problem-solving capabilityInfluential communication skills; ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and their solutionsProven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar roleProficiency in back-end technologies from the Node.js ecosystemProficiency in front-end technologies from the React.js ecosystemProficiency in and strong preference for test-driven developmentExperience building connectors or integrations with 3rd-party tools and servicesExperience with PostgreSQL or MySQL relational databasesProficiency in AWS cloud-native application developmentBonus:Experience with NestJS, Tailwind CSSExperience with N8N, Zapier, or other connector builder platformsFamiliarity with large language models and experience working with Generative AI is a plus PRB
