Key Responsibilities:Strong knowledge of HR policies and proceduresHas been part of HRIS implementationAble to work effectively to manage HR software implementation by understanding clients requirementsCollaborate effectively for the HRIS implementation between the client and technical teamAssist hiring managers in designing the HRIS toolShould be part of the HR Operations team who is responsible for the HRIS implementation.Experience and RequirementsWhat we expect:Proven experience as HR Business AnalystStrong HRIS Implementation skillsUnderstanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of various employment/labor lawsEffective oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAble to exhibit a high level of confidentialityMust be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerPost-Graduation in Business administration or relevant fieldAdditional HR training / certification will be a plusMinimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience post MBAYou will align to the Company's core values teamwork, integrity, and excellenceQualification:MBA degree from Tier 1 B SchoolSkills:Work experience as a Business Analyst who can drive the HRIS implementation with minimum 5 plus years of experienceStrong experience as a Techno functional in driving the HRISExperience using Human Resources Management SystemsExcellent analytical skillsFamiliarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll, and employee benefitsMBA in Human Resources or relevant fieldExcellent, oral and written skillsExperience in creating process documents will be an added advantage.
