JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The primary purpose of this position is to manage the personnel, processes, equipment, and procedures required to receive, store, and distribute raw and packing materials for the manufacture of quality products in compliance with applicable guidelines and requirements. This is accomplished by ensuring the functional area has the resources, training, and information necessary to meet departmental and business objectives.Assure regulatory compliance as it applies to receipt, storage, handling, and transportation of controlled substances, hazardous materials, GWP, GMP, & housekeeping matters.Engage in the budgeting process by gathering data to support budget requests that impact own functional area(s), as well as collaborating with department managers within the process chain to assist in site budget preparation.Responsible for all aspects of quality and compliance within the functional area(s). Assure area activities are in compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, production schedules, safety and environmental requirements, and facility practices and policies.Prior supervisory experience is required. The position requires the ability to work hours outside of the routine schedule as necessary. Also required is the ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Job SpecificationJOB SPECIFICATION:We are looking for an energetic individual with a BS/MS degree in a management field and 5-7 years of experience in inventory planning, materials management, inventory control, and effective warehousing. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.The Manager of Warehouse will supervise the raw-material warehouse, packing material warehouse, as well as the finished goods warehouse through their respective store in-charges. As an important player in management, they will be responsible for complete materials management and planning using ERP-based software.#J-18808-Ljbffr
