Job DescriptionTASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Budgeting, Compliance & ReportingPreparation and monitoring of grants funded by multiple donors including Global Fund, UNICEF, UNFPA, Save the Children, and National & Provincial Government.

Timely and efficient donor reporting, facilitating compliance reviews, and responding to relevant donors.

Continuous review of transactions incorporated in Oracle Fusion for donor-funded projects while complying with donor policies and local laws & regulations.

Review of HO reports on project activities in compliance with IHHN requirements.

Reporting to Core committee of Indus Hospital including dashboards and periodic financial updates.

Ensuring that all financial transactions meet the organizational compliance.

Liaising with Administration, Human Resource, and Program departments regarding underspending and overspending gaps and devising ways to fill those gaps and plan accordingly.

Reviewing policies, standard operating procedures, and suggesting improvements to perform grant activities with efficiency and effectiveness.

Review of bank reconciliations.

Allocate budget for expenses & ensure expenses are within budget.

Capacity BuildingDevise plans to meet staff training needs in order to increase their capacity to maintain and improve financial reporting and fiscal management as per Global Fund requirements.

Design and conduct grant management trainings for SRs, budget holders, sub-office staff, and partners.

AuditSupervise the protection of the organization's assets through adherence to internal controls and auditing procedures.

Responsible for preparation of financial statements, fixed asset register, and other auditable support information.

Facilitation of external and internal audits, responding to management letters.

Assist Deputy General Manager (F&G) in providing feedback for auditor's report.

GeneralPreparation of MoUs with Provincial Governments and Co-PRs as required.

Correspondence with provincial authorities as required.

Coordination with Head Office regarding allocation of head office cost to Malaria Project.

Any other task as assigned by supervisor.
