The Project Management Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing hardware development projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in hardware development.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of hardware projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaborate with the hardware engineering team and other departments to define project objectives and technical requirements.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, risk management, and progress tracking.

Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.

Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, addressing any risks or issues promptly.

Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring that changes are well-documented and communicated.

Ensure project documentation is up to date, including reports, specifications, and technical documentation.

Foster a collaborative working environment to promote innovation and continuous improvement within the hardware development team.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in project management, specifically in hardware design and development of Embedded Systems.

Solid understanding of hardware design and development processes.

Proven track record of managing hardware projects from concept to delivery.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
