Job Description:

OM Solutionz Pvt Ltd is seeking an ambitious Lead Generation Officer to join our Business Development Department. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, persuasive, negotiation, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect potential clients on platforms such asUpwork ,LinkedIn , and other freelancing/business platforms.

Prepare and submitbusiness proposalsto clients, including both individuals and companies.

Handleprospecting activitiesvia proposals, emails, and calls to generate potential leads.

Conduct research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Manage documentation for requirements gathering and client communication.

Set up on-call meetings with potential clients to discuss business opportunities.

Maintain and update theCRM databasewith potential leads and client information.

Qualify leads througheffective communicationand consistent follow-ups.

Stay updated withindustry trendsand emerging technologies related to lead generation.

Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Fresh to 6 monthsof experience in a related field.

Strongcommunicationanddocumentationskills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Ananalytical mindsetwith the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Familiarity withmarketing automation toolsand freelancing/business platforms is a plus.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong drive for results.

Ability to work effectively in ateamand demonstrateflexibility .

ABachelor's degreeinBusiness ,Marketing , or a related field is preferred.
