A large group of companies requires the services of an IR Manager. The candidate should possess the following skills:
Investigate complaints about employees, employers, and employment conditions.
Review and make submissions on employment relations legislation on behalf of the company.
Work with management to prepare strategies for recruitment, remuneration, learning development, health and safety, performance, and conduct.
Job SpecificationMBA/MPA along with LLB,
Minimum 5 years experience of handling IR issues in a reputable organization preferably in the FMCG sector,
Knowledge of employment contracts, labor laws, industrial relations legislation including the Employment Relations Act, employment court processes and judgments,
Excellent people management skills, team player, strong communication & PC skills.
Age up to 35 years.
