Job Description: We are looking for a Java Support role with client Interaction, Tickets handling, query handling, and writing scripts in Java and SQL 1. Having good knowledge of the Banking product. 2. The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical and logical skills 3. Prior experience in Core Java, SQL, PLSQL, Servlets, JSP & Spring frameworks. 4. Experiences with the incident and change management process. 5. Prior experience in solving critical incidents, performing Root cause analysis, and creating knowledge articles. 6. Analyzing the code and identifying the RCA. 7. Basic knowledge of WebLogic and WebSphere for deployment and configuration activities 8. Had experience in team handling or team management 9. Prior knowledge of IT products and services in Banking Working Pattern: 1. 6 days a week 2. Able to work on after-office hours support and weekends based on the shift roaster.
