Ensure the highest safety standards are maintained across Fakeeh Care Facilities in compliance with Civil Defense, local and international standards and requirements. Foster a culture of safety awareness among staff, residents, students, and visitors. Supervise personnel within the Safety Unit to ensure alignment with organizational policies and performance expectations. Review and update safety policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with MOI and other relevant regulations, ensuring overall adherence to government requirements and standards. Recommend and develop new policies and procedures to address safety issues and risks, including emergency procedures and the Emergency Disaster Manual. Conduct regular inspections and audits, documenting findings and following up on recommendations. Investigate and analyze safety incidents, recommending preventive measures and implementing corrective actions. Ensure facilities' adherence to various regulations, codes, and standards. Prepare and deliver presentations on safety issues. Submit daily reports on safety concerns to the Facility Director. Execute emergency drills, evaluate findings, and develop action plans for improvement. Deliver lectures to promote safety awareness. Train new staff on safety protocols and procedures. Participate in meetings and committees as required, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all facilities and prepare action plans to minimize risks. Manage safety-related projects to ensure compliance with Civil Defense and accreditation standards in alignment with the Facility Director. Conduct budget planning for the Safety Unit and manage staffing needs to ensure adequate resources for safety operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
