Responsibilities:Provide SAP FICO subject matter expertise and project implementation support for SAP FICO and Project Systems modules.Equipped with an experience of at least 4 full SAP Implementations to handle diversified business requirements.Responsible for Design, Build, Test, Implement and post Go-Live Product Life Cycle phases of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, New General Ledger on SAP ERP platform.Assess overall business objectives within one or more process groups and design business processes for effective modeling and configuration within the SAP environment.Possess hands-on experience in configuring SAP FICO and PS sub-modules.Provide business analysis and process redesign expertise in SAP FICO, focusing on analysis and redesign of SAP functions and processes.Communicate SAP capabilities within SAP FICO and PS module.Customize SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design.Prepare business specifications for RICEF objects.Formulate and define application scope and objectives, and devise & modify procedures to solve business problems.Develop familiarity with production operations, as well as establish priorities and sequences for processes.Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful SAP implementation.Work closely with the SAP project team in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules correctly.Work effectively with internal customers, co-workers, and management with a strong commitment to the overall success of a group.Minimum Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems with an emphasis in a specific functional area of Finance or equivalent work experience.A minimum of 6-8 years of experience as SAP Consultant on the SAP FICO plus PS module.Prior experience in the Finance business domain.Experience of at least 4 full SAP Implementations.Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP FICO and PS modules.Well versed with SAP Reports (standard & custom), ABAP knowledge, and debugging skills.Experience interfacing business partners' financial processes involving third-party systems.Experience in integrating SAP FICO and PS with other SAP modules.Exposure to configuring SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (FI-GL), Treasury - Cash Management, Account Receivables (FI-AR), Account Payables (FI-AP), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Profit Center Accounting (EC-PCA), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good strategic insight for handling tactical day-to-day tasks.Strong inter-personal skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving capabilities.Proven ability to work across the organization, a self-starter who can deal with ambiguity, maintain focus, drive to clarity, and provide innovative solutions.Ability to collaborate and deliver results in a matrix organization.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to schedule and collaborate across multiple business groups.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.About The Company:A leading heavy industry company in Qatar.
