IT PMO Project Manager

Minimum RequirementsEducational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience: Minimum (X) years of experience in project management within the software development and digital transformation space.Certifications: Must hold Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and demonstrate expertise in Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe Agile certification preferred).Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation principles.Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.) and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Desired Candidate ProfileProject Leadership: Lead and manage digital transformation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital strategy.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and partners to ensure project objectives are met and expectations managed.Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to facilitate team collaboration, increase project efficiency, and adapt to changing project requirements.Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
