* Content Creation: Develop a content calendar that reflects our brand's luxury aesthetic. Capture high-quality images and videos showcasing our properties, amenities, and the lifestyle they offer, with a strong focus on video production and creative storytelling.* Photography, Videography, & Video Production: Use your photography and videography skills to produce captivating content that highlights property features, interiors, exteriors, and surrounding environments. Create professional, high-quality videos that communicate the luxurious experience of living in or investing in our properties.* Graphic Design: Design visually stunning graphics, banners, and promotional materials for use across social media, websites, and other marketing platforms. Ensure all visual elements are cohesive and reflect the premium quality of our brand.* Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Engage with our audience by responding to inquiries and comments, and collaborating with influencers and potential tenants.* Creative Direction: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas and campaigns that promote our real estate offerings and resonate with our high-end tenants.* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics using tools like Instagram Insights and Google Analytics. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies, improve engagement, and attract potential buyers or tenants.* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, property management, and marketing teams to ensure content authenticity and alignment with the company's objectives and target audience.SkillsProven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, ideally in real estate, luxury brands, or hospitality.Strong photography, videography, and video production skills, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging property and lifestyle content.Proficiency in photo, video editing, and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.).Excellent understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging trends.Strong creative abilities to generate original ideas and bring properties to life through content and graphic design.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.A passion for real estate, design, and showcasing luxury living.Experience with social media analytics tools to measure content success and adapt strategies accordingly.
