Senior Manager - Retail Learning & Development
The Senior Manager - Retail Learning and Development is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within Louis Vuitton's retail teams in Hong Kong & Macau. This role involves crafting and implementing innovative learning strategies that elevate employee performance, enhance customer experience, and embody the prestigious Louis Vuitton brand.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the learning and development strategy for retail staff in Hong Kong, aligning with global brand objectives and local market dynamics.
- Curriculum Development: Design and curate engaging training programs encompassing product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, brand storytelling, and luxury service standards. Implement a blended learning approach incorporating e-learning, workshops, on-the-job training, and coaching.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the Hong Kong & Macau Retail Learning and Development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with retail managers, store staff, HR, and other departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment on training initiatives.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative learning approaches. Explore gamification, microlearning, and other modern techniques.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a significant focus on luxury retail.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and learning management systems.
- Experience managing budgets and vendors.
