• 3 years of experience in construction execution and engineering supervision.
• Knowledge of design codes and standards.
• Familiarity with construction materials available in the market and their prices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Proficient in using computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle work pressure.
