Lab Technician Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a Lab Technician who can assist our team in maintaining and supporting daily operations of our laboratory.Responsibilities:Use X-ray machines, Ultrasound, inhalation machines, lab machines, and other equipment.Conduct construction material quality testing and possess material knowledge.Prepare third-party requests and submit monthly reports.Test construction materials in the field.Execute inspection requirements on a wide variety of products and equipment.Document and maintain inspection results.Supervise and lead a team of microbiologists and laboratory technicians.Implement and maintain quality assurance within the microbiological lab as per ISO 17025.Sampling and testing of raw material quality.Identify training needs for lab technicians.Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and instruments for experiments and tests.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience working in a lab.Knowledge in ceramic/refractories lab work and testing is a plus.Freshers with an educational background in civil, chemical, or science fields are encouraged to apply.The candidate should have a valid DHA license or eligibility letter to practice.Previous experience as a lab technician or in a laboratory setting.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
