This Senior Technical Consultant Position seeks a seasoned professional with a robust background in technical consulting and project management. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience collaborating with the Hong Kong Government and hold a profound understanding of diverse technical realms such as AI, process automation, cloud computing, and network technologies. Responsibilities

1. Provide technical consulting services to clients across various industries, with a specific emphasis on the Public and Government sectors.
2. Assume project manager, lead consultant, and technical consultant roles in a spectrum of consulting projects, encompassing feasibility studies, the formulation of departmental IT plans, and the execution of technical studies.
3. Offer technical guidance on cutting-edge technologies like AI, process automation, cloud computing, Wi-Fi, networks, and 5G.
4. Serve as a project manager for custom applications or ERP projects.

1. Technical consulting exposure with the Hong Kong Government and public sector entities.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in conducting feasibility studies, crafting departmental IT plans, and executing technical studies.
3. More than a decade of experience in government and public sector projects.
4. Over 10 years of experience in consulting and project management.
5. Prior involvement in managing custom application/ERP projects is preferred.
6. Technical advisory experience in AI, process automation, cloud computing, Wi-Fi, networks, and 5G is advantageous.
7. Possession of a degree in Business, Computer Science, E-commerce, AI, or related disciplines.
