In this senior position, you will:

1. Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior staff in design, documentation, and engineering solutions
2. Leverage your local Canterbury knowledge across commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments
3. Upskill and guide others in 3D modelling using Civil 3D or 12D Model for roading, drainage etc.
4. Conduct technical calculations for design
5. Manage projects, leading teams to deliver high-quality outputs for clients
6. Establish trusted relationships through exceptional stakeholder engagement

To qualify, you will need:

1. A New Zealand recognised Civil Engineering degree (BEng Tech or BE Civil)
2. At least 8 years' civil engineering experience, with CPEng credentials (or very close to)
3. Expertise in civil design, 3D modelling, drainage, roading etc.
4. Proven ability to manage projects and mentor others
5. Strong communication skills, with a focus on integrity and delivering outcomes
6. Full working rights in New Zealand and a clean driver's license
