Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations, e.g., inbounding/outbounding.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse work procedures and processes.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management, and Fleet Operations to ensure smooth warehouse operation.
- Complete and maintain paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials.
- Keep the warehouse area safe, clean, and organized through regular inspection.
Job Requirements & Skills
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications and Email.
- Ability to work extra hours if necessary (OT provided).
- Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel of various departments.
