Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations, e.g., inbounding/outbounding.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse work procedures and processes.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good coordination and organizational skills.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management, and Fleet Operations to ensure smooth warehouse operation.
• Complete and maintain paperwork required for inbound and outbound materials.
• Keep the warehouse area safe, clean, and organized through regular inspection.

Job Requirements & Skills

• Candidates must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications and Email.
• Ability to work extra hours if necessary (OT provided).
• Ability to solve problems and interact with personnel of various departments.
