  • As a Senior Executive Human Resources at Blurbpoint, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing HR operations across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing international recruitment, handling generalist HR functions, and ensuring smooth HR floor operations. This role requires expertise in using HR software (Greyty), strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities including performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance. You will also be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, driving employee engagement, and contributing to talent retention
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on international recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple regions.
  • Manage end-to-end HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, compensation & benefits, and onboarding, acting as a generalist for the organization.
  • Proficient in using Greyty HR software for HRMS, payroll, leave management, and other HR activities.
  • Lead and manage HR operations on the floor independently, ensuring smooth workflow, conflict resolution, and effective employee engagement.
  • Foster a positive work culture, manage performance reviews, and contribute to employee retention initiatives.
Key HR Generalist Activities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the hiring process, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing concerns, grievances, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Conducting performance appraisals, setting goals, and managing employee development.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring adherence to legal requirements, company policies, and maintaining employee records.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Handling payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation strategies.
  • Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps and coordinating training programs for employee growth.
  • Exit Management: Managing employee separations, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring smooth transitions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on international recruitment, generalist activities, and handling HR floor operations.
  • Proven track record of using Greyty HR software for HR functions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently handle HR floor operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
