Job Specifications:
- Understand the company’s products and services and achieve sales targets as per the company’s revenue budgets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and revenue, ensuring a strong presence within targeted business sectors and industries. Attain pre-qualification of the company’s products & services and register them with end users, clients, EPC, regulators, and consultants as applicable within various industries.
- Analyze industry demand/supply requirements for current and future products, follow customer business analytics, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
- Market the company’s products and services through mainstream and social media, and organize/attend local and regional industry fairs, exhibitions, and conferences across the region.
- Monitor, review, and report progress on all sales, business development, and marketing activities.
- Work Experience: 15+ years of experience in a similar capacity with adequate experience in managing business development and technical sales of Process Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Skids, Modules, and other heavy steel fabrication. Experience in GCC within the oil & gas, power/energy, or aluminum sector is a must. Extensive knowledge of GCC business methods and markets with relevant product and industry knowledge.
- Qualification: Bachelor in Technology / Mechanical Engineering with a Master’s in Business Administration.
