Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage maintenance workers.
- Supervise maintenance workers and projects.
- Order tools, supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Lead safety inspections at worksites.
- Perform maintenance work as needed.
- Evaluate worksites to determine necessary maintenance work.
- Escalate issues to management and recommend solutions.
- Ensure the team follows all company policies and procedures.
