Financial Controller

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Responsibilities

• Consolidation of unit accounts and preparation of statutory financials for Limited Review and Year end audit
• Coordination with Statutory Auditors and resolving issues and completion of audit within SEBI timelines
• Monthly review of accounts and MIS preparation with interaction with Plant Finance managers
• Coordination with Internal Auditors, departments and ensure internal controls are effective
• Computation of Company’s income tax, deferred tax, handling tax and filing income tax return
• Income Tax and GST timely Compliances
• Compliance of MSME, Related Party transactions, RBI, Companies Act and other applicable laws

• Chartered Accountant (CA with 15 +Yrs of Experience
• handling audits (Statutory audit, Tax audit and internal audit)
• Taxation matters incl GST
