Location: [Goregaon - East] Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: The Sports Sponsorship Manager is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships for our sports teams, events, or athletes. This role involves building relationships with potential sponsors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that partnerships align with both the sponsor’s goals and the organization’s objectives. The manager will also oversee the activation and execution of sponsorships, ensuring maximum value for all stakeholders involved. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sponsorship Strategy Development 2. Event & Brand Integration 7.Brand Membership Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management (Master’s degree preferred). ● Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in sports sponsorship, marketing, or a related field. ● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data. ● Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships. ● Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
