Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts and content including shooting content, creating posts, stories, and announcements.
Develop tactics to encourage engagement, respond to customers, and launch and oversee brand marketing campaigns.
Have a good grasp of our target market; develop strategies and campaigns to promote our brands, values, sales, and awareness.
Develop and manage a monthly social media calendar for the brand, including researching new ideas.
Provide the CEO with regular reports on social media monitoring and workflow.
Ensure the protection and promotion of brand values and integrity across all platforms and mediums.
Ensure consistency in messaging across channels.
Suggest ideas for collaborations and engagement.
Design and develop creative graphics & designs for the brand using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other PC/Mobile friendly apps.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and social media fads in the fashion and design space.
Advise and support the CEO on the development of creative strategies, designs, content, and presentations.
Participate in branding and content creation meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Develop strategies to drive sales across digital platforms.
Create content, including shooting photos and videos.
Plan, schedule, promote, and come up with relevant and creative ideas for workshops.
Support the company in graphics, visuals, media arts conception, and PR/SNS content creation.
Take charge of the company's marketing strategy, supervise its progress and deliverables, and manage its website.
Collaborate with the studio's coordinator and manager to unify the vision for the space.
Be involved in programming or events for the company and its extended departments.
Be a team player and assist the company's departments to improve media presence and raise awareness of services among local and international audiences.
