• ACOP/MMR Pharmacist credentialed (our affiliated Pharmacy Care Academy will provide your training).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with health care workers and elderly patients.
• An ability/willingness to undertake new and varied tasks under a high degree of independence.
• A passion to learn how to perform at a high level of clinical proficiency and undergo continual professional development (including annual re-credentialing with the Pharmacy Care Academy).
• Good computer and software system skills.
• An ability to work within a high-performance team setting.
• Own vehicle and drivers license with a capacity to perform client visits across multiple sites within an established client catchment allocation.
• Candidates who can support our commitment to our rural and remote clients and assist by being available for a quarterly rural clinical round will be given preference.
