Quality Head

At Javi Home we have been an industry leader in the rug and textile sector for the past 14 years, serving our 150 buyers across more than 60 countries. We are committed to excellence at every stage of production, from concept to the final product, and are seeking a Quality Head to uphold and enhance our standards. Role Summary: As the Quality Head, you will lead our quality assurance initiatives, setting up a robust system for quality checks at every stage of production. This includes implementing quality controls at the yarn stage, dyeing process, initial sample creation, and throughout production—from inline to midline and final product checks. You’ll ensure consistency, precision, and excellence in every product that leaves our facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a quality control system covering all stages: yarn, dyeing, latex, backing, finishing, first sample, inline, midline, and final inspections.
• Train and manage a team of quality inspectors to ensure high standards are met.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns proactively.
• Establish protocols for continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, making adjustments as necessary to achieve quality targets.

• Proven experience in quality management, ideally in textiles, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes at various production stages.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
