Architectural Design Management:

Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization through execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Develop innovative designs that embody the museum's vision and objectives, enhancing the overall visitor experience.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with curators, content planners, and digital teams to develop integrated and cohesive designs.
Facilitate productive design discussions and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain a unified vision and approach.

Building Facilities:

Leverage your design expertise to create cohesive and functional designs that meet both aesthetic and practical requirements.
Collaborate with the facility management team to balance aesthetics, information delivery, and visitor engagement, ensuring the most cohesive and functional design solutions.

Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and manage external vendors and contractors involved in the architectural design process.
Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and are completed within set deadlines.

User-Centered Design:

Develop designs that prioritize visitor comfort, engagement, accessibility, and safety, enhancing the overall visitor experience.
Continuously assess and refine designs based on user feedback and emerging best practices in user-centered design.

Project Diversification:

Participate in and contribute to cultural projects that are not directly related to architectural design, applying your design skills and expertise to a variety of initiatives.
Adapt to diverse project requirements and collaborate with different teams to ensure successful project outcomes across various domains.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in interior design, architectural design, engineering, or related field.

Required Professional Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
