About the job Business Development Executive/Manager (Fit out)Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clientsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsNegotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholdersMonitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreedGather useful information from customer and competitor dataMake and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executivesCreate and implement processes and policies to support the overall businessTrack, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipelineDevelop and manage strategic partnerships to grow businessTrack and report on the status of proposal componentsConduct ongoing market researchWork with the pricing department to create rate proposalsDrive the end-to-end sales processPrepare and submit sales contractsAdding value to business/product offerings to increase salesIdentifying and negotiating sales deals that promote sustained revenueCreate business plans for new businesses and diversify current business activitiesBuild rapport and establish long term relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersMain tasksActively seeking out new avenues of growth and sales by identifying potential target marketsMaintaining good communication with current clients and reaching out to new clients for further growth of businessReaching agreements on transactions, costs, contracts, and payments in order to meet sales goalsProviding customers with pre- and post-purchase support as requiredKeeping track of orders and providing updates to the management including commentary on sales trendsPerforming competitor analysis and providing findings to management in order to increase market shareImplementing efficient administrative communication and feedback channelsSecondary tasks / AccessoriesProvide information on upcoming trends and sales/product improvementsKeeping abreast of the latest market trends and providing knowledge in form of presentations, internal communications and from vendors and suppliers to be up to date with the latest product offerings of the businessRequirements and QualificationsMinimum Bachelors degree, preferably with a focus on business administration, marketing and/or salesMinimum of five (5) years of business development experience in Qatar with minimum one (1) year of working directly with management in a strategic leadership roleAbility to work efficiently and effectively with a team and under direct leadership of executive management
