The Co-operative Bank Banking About the Role: As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in growing our bank, with exceptional customer service as your core focus. You’ll provide suitable banking options for current and prospective customers, assisting them with their everyday banking needs, including deposits, personal lending, international payments, and insurance, while taking other opportunities to deepen customer relationships with your knowledge of our products and services. Being a generalist, you’ll help everyday Kiwis achieve their goals across all areas of banking and grow your own career in a supportive team environment. This is a 12 month fixed term full-time position at our Dunedin branch. To nail this, you’ll need:
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle unplanned interruptions
- Proven sales experience, ideally from working in a bank.
