**What you will be doing**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and tactics.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Knowledge of luxury hotel standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
- Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
