External Audit Manager -arabic Speaker

Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive audit plans, considering risk assessment and organizational objectives.
- Define audit scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Establish strategies to address potential audit issues and challenges.
- Audit Execution:
- Lead and manage audit teams in conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits.
- Execute audit procedures, including testing controls and gathering evidence.
- Ensure adherence to audit standards and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Assessment and Management:
- Evaluate and identify risks associated with business processes and internal controls.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide recommendations to enhance internal controls.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop audit staff.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance audit team culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve identified issues.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the audit function.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in auditing.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for the audit function.
- Review and ensure the quality of audit workpapers and reports.
- Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Promote a culture of ethics and integrity within the audit team and the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in auditing, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
