Job DescriptionNair Systems is a QFC based, boutique leading edge technology consulting and professional services firm focusing on Digital Banking, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data & Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, and Robotic Process Automation.Nair Systems is currently looking for a Business Analyst / Consultant - Core Banking - Fusion Loan IQ System for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Required Special Skills:Competence in SDK framework in Loan IQ system, troubleshooting, issue investigation, loan database health check, corrupted loans repair, etc.Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English; Arabic is preferable.Strong computer software skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Access).Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.Excellent business process analysis and mapping.Teamwork and sync with reporting hierarchy.Customer service oriented.Strictly adhere to bank's ethics and code of conduct.Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and with outside contacts.Planning and organizing ability.Handle assigned tasks with commitment and responsibility.Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.Job Profile / Summary:Education / Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.Minimum 4 years of experience in the Banking Industry System support and implementations, with at least 3 years in IT.Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Fusion Loan IQ System (by Finastra) support and implementation.Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and preparing the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.Defect life cycle management and execution status reporting.Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing.Understanding of system integration with core banking systems.Good experience in core banking system and loan administration systems in (SIT/UAT) testing.Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures across various business and support functions.Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.Track and document changes to business specifications.Create and assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, procedures, and training.Prepare systems business cycle specifications and manage output and controls of calculations and postings.Actively participate in meetings to assess performance as well as the department's overall performance on a regular basis.Answer questions about applications for all team members, as well as internal and external customers.Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest at (Confidential Information).
