DOCUMENT CONTROLLER Ref code: CR_2411-172_Document ControllerJob summaryMISSION:Responsible for providing support on-site and working directly with the Site Manager to ensure all project documentation is efficiently handled, controlled, and recorded. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction site workflows and quality processes, with excellent organizational skills.TASKS:Document Management Ensuring the collection, control, and organization of all site documentation. Maintain an updated document register and ensure proper document versioning and traceability. Ensure all site documents are compliant with quality standards and accessible for team members when needed.Site Coordination Collaborate with the Site Manager to support site operations, contributing to smooth communication and documentation processes. Liaise with various site teams, including engineering, quality, and safety, to ensure that documentation aligns with project requirements.Quality and Compliance Support quality processes by verifying that documents meet established standards and that control protocols are maintained. Conduct regular document reviews to ensure compliance with internal and client specifications.Client Interaction Interface directly with the client as needed and participate in any required interviews. Maintain professionalism and clear communication with the client, addressing document-related queries efficiently.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Proven 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role within a construction site environment. Familiarity with site management and quality control processes. Proficiency in document control software and MS Office Suite. Excellent command of English (spoken and written).OTHER DETAILS: Job Location: Northern Netherlands.
