Bridging the gap between applications and strategic practices such as Enterprise Service Management, ITSM, Agile at Scale, Cloud Migrations, etc.The AssignmentYou will work as an Atlassian Consultant working closely on ESM/ITSM projects providing expert consultative advice to Valiantys clients on their service management, configuration and enterprise processes and solutions.Things you will be working onProvide consulting services on Enterprise Service Management ProjectsClient configuration on Atlassian productsImplementing and migration of Service Management toolsProvide a structured approach to Service ManagementMonitor and measure effectiveness of ITIL processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with business leaders to align enterprise services with the business objectives.Provide end users with training both internally and externally.What you need to be successfulExperience in delivering small to mid-size projects.Understanding of Agile and project management methodologies including Scrum and KanbanExcellent understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (ALM)Industry experience supporting IT Service Management with a framework, preferably ITILStrong background in business consultancyExpert in providing technical support, software development, or pre-sales activity for ITSM industry tool products (e.g., Atlassian, ServiceNow, BMC, Ivanti, ManageEngine, etc.)Understanding of ESM/ITSM best practices and administered user workshopsAbility to identify root causes of performance issues and trouble shoot them, providing simple solutions.Advanced presentation skillsStrong leadership, influencing and negotiation skills.Qualifications and desired skillsDegree in business sciences or equivalent education/ work experienceExcellent understanding of Service Management toolsExcellent English language and written skillsAbility to engage, articulate, collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.Versatile and adaptable approachAbility to work autonomously.LocationThe choice is yours, Valiantys operates as a remote, hybrid and office-based company, with our Rotterdam office just a stone's throw away from the city center.Why should you apply?We offer a competitive salaryYou will be encouraged to complete all the certifications you need to do your job (subject related)We provide full reimbursement of the cost of a NS Travel-card25 days holidayPrivate HealthcarePension SchemeHardware of choice (MAC or PC)Valiantys champions inclusive working practices and diversity.
