Your role will have a specific focus on managing OPEX, Payroll, Tax and CAPEX ensuring that all financial activities in these areas are accurately recorded and compliant. You are excited to help drive our fast-growing and dynamic organization forward, continuously challenging our existing processes to enhance and automate them.As a Senior Financial Controller, you will be a key member of the Finance team at stichd's headquarters in 's-Hertogenbosch, reporting directly to the Manager of Accounting & Control. Additionally, you are pragmatic, a strong team player, and have a good sense of humor.Your MissionYou will prepare and analyse financial data, with a specific focus on OPEX, Payroll, Tax and CAPEX activities.You will ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, particularly by addressing discrepancies and irregularities related to operational expenses, capital expenditures, and payroll.You will liaise with various budget holders within the company to ensure that OPEX and CAPEX processes are aligned and accurately reflected in financial reports.You will manage the financial administration for two stichd entities and are responsible for the month-end closing procedures for these entities.You will be responsible for maintaining specific P&L and balance sheet accounts within the stichd entities, particularly those related to operational and capital expenditures as well as payroll and tax.You will be responsible for stichd royalty administration for external partners.You will work closely with our (new) Tax department to ensure that TAX declarations are complete, accurate, and timely.You will collaborate with the other Financial Controllers to ensure that the financial records and reports are complete and accurate.You will play a key role during the year-end group audit, including providing documentation for various tests and coordinating balance confirmations, focusing on OPEX, CAPEX, and payroll accounts.You will contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and administration, particularly in the areas of OPEX, Tax, Payroll, and CAPEX.Your TalentTeam player who plays an important part in building a winning team;Proactive self-starter who feels comfortable going into our organization independently;5-7 years of relevant experience in a fast-growing international environment;HBO, Bachelor or Master degree in Finance - Business Economics;Positive result-driven attitude;A flexible and can-do mentality;Strong analytical skills;Experience in SAP 4/HANA is a pre;Good command of writing and speaking in Dutch and English is a must.We Offer• 1-year contract with option for extension to permanent contract;• Salary per month based on 38 hours per week, depending on education and experience;• Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but full-time work is 40 hours per week.
