Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Machine Learning models using Python libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch etc. in an agile environment.
• Continuously evaluate model performance through rigorous testing methods and optimize them accordingly for maximum accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and other stakeholders to integrate machine learning solutions into existing or new systems.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field of Machine Learning and be able to apply these innovations where appropriate.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall team performance through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and adherence to coding best practices.
• Help drive the product development process by providing technical guidance on machine learning capabilities within our products or services.

• Strong proficiency with Python and experience using its scientific libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit Learn etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their machine learning services is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex problems.
• A proactive approach to work combined with excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Knowledge of basic machine learning algorithms (Supervised/Unsupervised learning), their practical applications, strengths and weaknesses etc.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field; advanced degrees preferred but not required.
