We are headquartered in the US, with offices in Europe and Pakistan.Job Title:Senior Business AnalystLocation:Gulberg, LahoreVacant Position:1Responsibilities:Manage data verification, mapping, and validation processes.Plan, manage, and execute business analysis activities throughout the platform development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and technology standards.Collaborate with teams to integrate sustainability metrics, ERP, Finance components, and ESG considerations into platform features.Conduct data analysis, query writing, and report development, providing information through standard and ad hoc reports.Review, develop, and maintain functional and operational documentation to ensure accuracy and availability.Assess business requirements and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.Perform change control procedures to ensure the integrity of systems, software, and databases.Coordinate needs assessments, information gathering, and design of new information systems enterprise-wide.Collaborate with internal and external data providers to ensure timely and accurate data availability.Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for platform development processes.Identify optimization opportunities for the platform and recommend solutions for enhanced user experience, integrating sustainability-related features.Monitor platform performance through relevant KPIs, focusing on sustainability impacts and ESG compliance.Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in business Analytics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CFA, or CA (Article ship completed).3-4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology or sustainability-focused environment.Comprehensive knowledge of business functions and their integration into overall business processes.Understanding of personal computers, computer pathways, and database management, including relational databases.Strong knowledge of relevant coding and classification systems, if applicable.Experience with data storage, query management, and reporting from relevant systems.Ability to present statistical information concisely to various stakeholders.Good understanding of data management and business operations.Ability to complete both generic and department-specific skills relevant to the role.Excellent communication skills, with tact and diplomacy, to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.Capability to function effectively in an environment with multiple and fluctuating priorities.Thorough understanding of the specific functions for which the software is designed, ensuring that business needs are met.Ability to work under deadlines and manage heavy workloads while adapting to changing environments.Knowledge of ESG & Sustainability is a plus.Language:Excellent command of written and verbal English.Compensation:Market-Competitive Salary#J-18808-Ljbffr
