ResponsibilitiesManage and streamline sales processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.Stay current with technical product specifications and industry trends.Participate in industry training and events to enhance skills and collaborate with stakeholders to provide effective solutions.Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients to expand sales territories.Confidently and patiently assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.Provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.Promote and advocate for high-quality, sustainably made products that offer long-term value, encouraging customers to invest in more durable and environmentally responsible solutions.RequirementsDiploma or Degree and/or relevant experience.5 years of experience in technical sales related to electro-pneumatic automation.Proficiency in sales management; Zoho CRM and marketing experience is a plus.Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Professional appearance.Valid driver's license.
