Seeking an expert in Senior Test Engineer to join our team. Hands-on experience with Selenium using Java is required. Experience with the Lightning Framework (custom, based on Robot Framework), Java, Groovy, and Selenium is essential.

Responsibilities

As a seasoned QA resource in project teams, provide expert opinion and guidance on business & quality parameters.

Demonstrate leadership within project teams to take on additional responsibilities as required and encourage cohesion & team building.

Proactively plan and strategize with the team on possible issues and suggest workable alternatives.

Assist Project Manager in requirements gathering.

Devise and align test strategy with respect to software development models such as Scrum, Kanban, CI/CT, etc.

Ensure the functional and non-functional requirements of the project are met.

Deep knowledge of test automation strategies and automation principles.

Develop test automation framework, and continue to enhance and modify based on project needs.

Review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated).

Ensure that manual and automation test execution are carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.

Requirements

Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.

7-10 years of experience in developing n-tier applications.

Hands-on experience with Selenium (using Java modules).

Experience with the Lightning Framework (custom, based on Robot Framework), Java, Groovy, and Selenium.

Hands-on experience with UI Testing, Performance Testing (JMeter), General Coding Questions (Java), API Testing, and Logic Building.

Troubleshoot basic issues with a Linux system and be comfortable with Backend TA, SSH & other CLI Automation.

Ideal if their current test scripts are written in Perl.

Some aspects of TA (test automation) systems are written in Python.

Good knowledge of Shell Scripting (Bash or equivalent).

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work in the night shift (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM).#J-18808-Ljbffr
